Governance serves to ensure that our schools are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements. All of the Blenheim Schools are registered as independent schools, all of which must fully comply with the Independent School Standards – The Education (Independent School Standards) Regulations (2014):
- Part 1: The quality of the education provided.
- Part 2: The spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of pupils.
- Part 3: The welfare, health and safety of pupils.
- Part 4: The suitability of staff, supply staff and Proprietors.
- Part 5: The premises and accommodation.
- Part 6: The provision of information.
- Part 7: The manner in which complaints are handled.
- Part 8: The quality of Leadership and Management (inclusive of Governance)
